- 5 Dracula Citrus Blood Oranges
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and slightly cooled
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Topping of choice: chopped nuts, dried fruit or chia seeds
Line baking tray with baking paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, cocoa powder and maple syrup until smooth.
Working quickly, dip half of each orange segment in chocolate and lay flat on your baking sheet. Continue with all segments.
Top with toppings of choice. Place in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
